Two-piece bottle closures

Assembled construction

Two components, one defined function

A two-piece closure combines separately moulded components after production. The construction can create a dispensing or pressure action, or a controlled colour combination, for detergent, dishwashing-liquid and shampoo bottles.

Assembly and dimensional control

Connection tolerance, insertion force, sealing, neck finish and the consistent behaviour of both components need to be checked together against the real bottle.

Volume supply and pricing

Pricing depends on each component’s weight, resin and colour, the assembly step, volume and tooling. Share a sample or drawing and the required quantity.

Technical information

Parameters reviewed before production.

Final values are recorded in the technical proposal after the bottle sample, neck finish, contents and order volume have been received.
