Multi-component flow control
Multiple components for more precise function
A three-piece closure assigns connection, flow control and opening behaviour to separate moulded parts. It can be assessed for selected dishwashing-liquid, detergent and other liquid applications.
Component and final-assembly control
Dimensions, resin, connection force, flow path and compatibility are reviewed for each component and after assembly, using the actual bottle sample.
Production supply and quotation
Pricing reflects three moulded components, colours, assembly, inspection and volume. Share the use case, sample and neck specification for assessment.
Technical information
Parameters reviewed before production.
Final values are recorded in the technical proposal after the bottle sample, neck finish, contents and order volume have been received.
